22/5/09 eBay found not liable for infringement in High Court case brought by L'Oreal
The judgment of Mr Justice Arnold was handed down on 22 May 2009.
The High Court has ruled in favour of eBay as not liable for infringement, and has also referred a number of issues to the European Court of Justice.
